We offer a free “Get Acquainted” meeting for people who are interested in our services and who want to get to know us better. In the meeting, we will discuss your situation and decide together whether our services are appropriate for you. To prepare you better for our meeting, please note the following:
- Complete and send us the Confidential Questionnaire found at the bottom of this page. Having this information before our meeting will greatly enhance the quality of our discussion. Feel free to make estimates whenever necessary and to leave anything blank that you are unsure of. The purpose of the questionnaire is simply to give us a general idea of your current situation.
- Directions to our home office are available on the “Contact Us” page of this website.
- Because we respect your time, we guarantee that we will be ready to begin our meeting promptly at the time scheduled.
- In the event of inclement winter weather, please contact us to reschedule our meeting if you are concerned about driving conditions.
- We will always have coffee available at all of our meetings.
- For the safety of your vehicle, please park in the driveway.
You will NOT be asked for a down payment or to sign any contracts. You will leave with this meeting with the following:
- A comfort level with our competence and commitment that can only come from a face-to-face meeting.
- A contract detailing the scope of an engagement that we will jointly agree upon that will include a written estimate of the cost. We encourage you to take the contract home so that you can take the time to decide whether our services are a great fit with your needs.
Please note that for married couples, we require that both individuals attend the get acquainted meeting.
